How to Troubleshoot an "Unable to load console" message on a ProConnect NVR

If a ProConnect NVR shows an "Unable to load console" error message, follow the steps below:

  1. Try to access the NVR through the AvertX Connect app or a web browser.  If the recorder's display is showing the error, but is online and accessible via AvertX Connect, contact the Tech Support team
  2. If the recorder is not online via the AvertX Connect cloud service, perform a power drain on the NVR. 
  3. Use this article to upgrade / factory default / reset the NVR.  
  4. If steps 2-3 do not resolve the issue, contact the Tech Support team.
