What Happens if a Product is sent Without RMA Paperwork

All products returned to AvertX for an evaluation, repair, or refund, must have an approved Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned, and any applicable forms completed beforehand.

If a unit is sent in for repair but the RMA agreement isn't completed, repairs will not begin until the online RMA Portal form(s) is completed.

If the RMA Agreement is not signed within 30 days of the item having been received, the item(s) will be returned to the address on file in its current state.

If you are unsure how to sign the RMA agreement, please reference this FAQ article for more information on using and completing documentation on the AvertX online RMA portal.
