If an AvertX Connect account activation acknowledgement/confirmation is pending or hasn't been received to access an NVR through the AvertX Connect cloud service, you may re-send an account invitation:
1. Sign in to your Avertx Connect account.
2. Navigate to the Management > User Management > Users > and click on the name or the EDIT button on the right of the account showing (Pending) under the Account Type column.
3. At the top of the User Details tab a statement will be visible with a "click here" option to re-send the activation email.
