​How to Resend an Avertx Connect user account invitation

If an account activation acknowledgement is pending or hasn't been received to access an NVR through the AvertX Connect cloud service, you may re-send an account invitation. 

1. Sign in to your Avertx Connect account at connect.avertx.com.
2. Click on Manage Users at the top-center of the page:





3.  Select the user account you are trying to re-send the account activation invitation to.
4. Select the User Profile tab, and use the "click here" link to resend an account activation to the respective email address:
