Where is the Camera List on a ProConnect Console's Live Menu?

Some ProConnect features, like the camera list in the NVR console's Live menu, are only available when connecting to the NVR through a web browser/thin client user interface (UI).  This allows for more NVR server processes/resources to provide reliable services when managing cameras, network connections, recording footage, processing requests, etc...

Many features that are intended to facilitate the user experience are only available through a web browser/thin client.  A web browser UI offers more options to customize how you view the Live and recorded camera feeds.  

A web browser UI with more viewing options is available when: 

  • Accessing the NVR through a web browser.
  • Logging in through an AvertX Connect cloud service account.  
  • Connecting locally to the NVR through the unit's IP address on the local network, as long as the NVR and a computer or smart device are on the same network.
