AvertX.com ships via UPS and FedEx, which require a physical address for delivery. We do not ship to a post office box.
If you've not received your package yet but the tracking number suggests it has been delivered, the first thing to do is confirm that the order's shipping and tracking information show the correct name, address, state, and zip code.
If a shipment appears to have been delivered to a wrong state or zip code, contact the shipping carrier to begin a claims process. In some instances, they are able to locate the missing package and get it forwarded to the correct address.
