How to submit feedback on AvertX products

The AvertX Feedback form offers the ability to communicate directly with our management teams concerning your experiences with AvertX products. 

There are three recommended locations to offer direct product feedback:

  • AvertX.com 
  • AvertX Connect cloud service 
  • ProConnect NVR's user interface (UI)


AvertX.com

  1. Click on the Feedback link under the Support column at the bottom of the AvertX.com website.



AvertX Connect 

  1. Log into your AvertX Connect account.
  2. Select the arrow next to the account name in the upper right part of the page to show the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the Resources > Feedback option.



ProConnect NVR UI

  1. Log into the NVR
  2. Click on the dialogue icon next to the question mark icon on the top right hand side of the ProConnect UI.


Once the Feedback form is opened just fill in the details, ensuring the form is completed so that we can respond in a timely manner.
