Follow these steps to reset the password of an AvertX Connect cloud service account:
- From a web browser, navigate to the AvertX Connect webpage.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link below the password entry field.
- Enter the email address that is registered as an AvertX Connect cloud service account.
- Go to the email Inbox (or Junk/Spam folder) associated with the account and check for the system-generated email that will include the password reset link. The system email may take a few minutes to arrive.
- Click on the "Reset Password" link in the middle of the email:
- Enter the new password, per the password requirements article. Confirm and Save.
- The "Go to Login" page link will appear if the password was successfully changed/reset.
- Log into the AvertX Connect webpage with the new password.
