Important Patch for ProConnect Version 2.1

An issue has been identified in the release of 2.1 that causes 4K video to not be displayed in the local Console. Please follow the below instructions to install the patch to resolve this issue.

File Download:


  1. Download the patch file from
  2. Log into Web Client and navigate to Setup.
  3. Click System Settings and the Software Upgrade tab.
  4. On the Software Upgrade Page click Show More Options.
  5. Click Select File and browse to the download file and click Open.
  6. Once selected click the Install button.
  7. The local console should now be able to correctly display 4K video in single channel view.
