The Frequent Buyer has no remedy from AvertX other than the commercial terms published on the Avertx web site. The Frequent Buyer does not have special terms other than receiving discounts based on projected and/or actual purchases made on AvertX.com. Discounts can be discontinued or changed by AvertX at any time without notice or cause.

- Satisfaction Guaranteed- If not satisfied, return products within 45 days from shipment. Free return shipping for orders greater than $1000 within the 48 contiguous US states (Please refer to AvertX Return Policy).

- Expedited freight available for an additional charge
- All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday excluding holidays as posted unless the product is out of stock
