  • HD320
  • HD420  
To update the Firmware on your camera:

  1. Download the firmware file.

  2. In your camera UI menu, please go to Setup. Under System select Maintenance.

  3. Navigate to the firmware zip file.

  4. Select upgrade.

  5. It is always recommended to perform a full default after the camera firmware has been flashed.

Note: You will need to add the camera again to your ProConnect NVR and Delete the old camera.
