How to check the status of a Frequent Buyer Program (FBP) discount account 

Note: The FBP account and the AvertX Connect cloud service account access different systems. Unless the same login credentials are used (not recommended), the account credentials are not interchangeable.

  1. If you have applied for the discounts on AvertX.com and not received the confirmation email, it's possible the application is still being processed. For follow-up information, please send an inquiry to sales@avertx.com.
  2. If you have received the email with login credentials please use them to log in. We recommend changing the password for the account at initial login.
  3. Please note that you will need to be logged into the FBP account for discounts to be applied.
  4. Once the password has been changed you can then enter the Shop menu of www.avertx.com.
  5. When logged in with the FBP account, the products will show the discounted price applied: the regular price shows a slash through it and the discounted price appears beneath it.
  6. FBP discounts do not apply to Refurbished products.
